Rates & Reservations
At this time, all room rates include light breakfast options offered from 8:30am-9:30am. We will have freshly brewed local coffee and variety of teas. Breakfast fare will consist if breakfast bars, yogurt, granola and fresh fruit.
Room rates are based upon 2-Person Occupancy. In rooms that accommodate more than two people, each additional guest is $30 per night.

Deposit Policy
At time of reservation, you will be charged the full night rate for one night or 50% of the total nights’ stay for two or more days or for special packages or events. Taxes are applied to the balance of the stay, charged upon check-in.
Please note - We impose a convenience fee of 0.5% on the amount of all card transactions.
Cancellations/Changes
DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY- Our cancellation policy is as follows: If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded to your credit/debit less a $50.00 processing fee per room. In the event the cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival, we allow you to either move your reservation dates and/or we will issue a gift certificate for the full amount of your deposit. Early departures or no shows are considered a cancellation and are treated within the described policy.

As a small business with limited resources, we must strictly adhere to the cancellation policy. If your are uncertain about your ability to keep your reservation, we strongly recommend that your consider trip insurance. You can acquire trip insurance at www.travelguard.com or through other insurers.
Check-In & Out
Our normal Check-in is between 3:00 and 6:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you would like to check-in before 3pm, please contact the Inn directly, prior to your arrival. This request is based on availability. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in, there will be a $25 fee added to your reservation.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount and do not expire. Please contact us for details or visit our Gift Certificate link on our website.
Restrictions
The interior of the Inn is non-smoking – there is a designated smoking area outside near the garden. Ash trays provided upon request. There is a non refundable damage fee $250 for any smoking inside of guest rooms.
Damage or missing items in the rooms are subject to additonal charges after check out.
We welcome well-behaved children 12 years old and over. No exceptions to this policy.
ADA Compliance
Since we are a registered historical building, we cannot modify the outside to add a ramp, but there are only three steps to enter the Inn and we have an ADA-compliant room (Ribbons & Roses) on the main floor.
Pet Policy
We are happy to say that we do allow pets at the Inn! The Inn has three designated pet-friendly rooms: Ribbons & Roses, Old Oak, and the Blue Ridge Room. Only one pet is allowed per room at the max weight of 50lbs. Crates are requested, but not required. There will be a $50 one time fee.
